Refunds:
We will process the refund within 10 working Days. Terms and conditions that apply before refunds are granted will depend upon the product and the Time of applying. Customers, outside India, shall check their country’s import rules & regulations before placing their orders with us.
NOTE: All of our products operate on 220V/50Hz voltage standards. Please check your country’s norms before placing your order with us. You may need a compatible voltage adaptor if your country’s voltage standards are different, at your own cost.
Returns & Refunds
HANIL Medical believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has, therefore, a liberal returns & refund policy. Under this Hanil Medical policy:
You can apply for the return within 10 days and We will process the return within 10 working Days. Terms and conditions that apply before returns are granted will depend upon the product and the Time of application.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Dispatch category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that Hanil Medical marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible under Hanil Medical Returns & Refund Policy.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective item/items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. We will give free replacement in such cases of receiving of damaged product, if the same is intimated to us within 24 hours by email to Customercare@hanilmedical.in
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
